Engineering. It’s about tools right? Well, we give our engineers the tools they need to fix our machines, but as you’ll already know, a quality engineering team is about so much more than just fixing machines. Our engineering team is a mix of long-serving team member and new hires, and they need an experienced engineering manager to pull them together and give them the tools to deliver a world-class service to our business. You’ll enable them to deliver not just a working machine, but a machine that delivers peak performance. You’ll know how to coach them to work in partnership with the areas of our business that they support, allowing them to deliver a proactive service.
Whilst your team are stepping up and making you look good in the business, we’ll keep you busy supporting a new site move. You’ll be instrumental in the process, leading the relocation project. It’s not a novice challenge so we will ask you to demonstrate experience of managing CapEx projects. You’ll hold an engineering degree or equivalent qualification and be experienced in a food manufacturing environment.
