Raisin & Beetroot Coleslaw

  • 100g Whitworths Juice Locked Raisins
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • ¼ red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 1 cooked beetroot, finely grated
  • 4 tbsp reduced fat natural yogurt
  • 1 tp white wine vinegar

Ready… Steady… Bake…

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • A great accompaniment to any salad or BBQ.
