Salted Caramel and Banana Breakfast Bowl

  • 20g Whitworths Mixed Seeds with Salted Caramel
  • 2 Small Bananas
  • 1tbsp Natural Peanut Butter, plus extra for garnish
  • 1tbsp Maple Syrup, plus extra for garnish
  • 100g Greek Yogurt

Ready… Steady… Bake…

  • Mash one of the bananas together in a bowl with the maple syrup and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Stir in the yogurt until well combined.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and drizzle over some extra maple syrup and peanut butter.
  • Top the yogurt with slices of the remaining banana.
  • Top with the Whitworths Mixed Seeds with Salted Caramel.
