Vegan Salted Caramel Overnight Oats
- Whitworths Salted Caramel Seeds - to garnish
- 35g Rolled oats
- 100ml Unsweetened oat milk
- 1/2 Sachet No Whey Salted Caramel protein powder
- 1 tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1 Banana - half mashed, half sliced
- Peanut butter - to garnish
- Vegan chocolate sauce - to garnish
Ready… Steady… Bake…
- Mix the rolled oats and oat milk together and place in the fridge in a sealed container or bowl covered with cling film overnight.
- In the morning, when you are ready to serve the overnight oats, stir in ½ sachet of No Whey Salted Caramel Protein Powder, maple syrup and the half mashed banana.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with Whitworths Salted Caramel Seeds, banana slices and peanut butter or vegan chocolate sauce.
