Pecan Pie Baked Oats

This Pecan Pie Baked Oats recipe brings all the cosy flavours of autumn together into one irresistible breakfast! This is an easy, healthy recipe and what’s better, tastes like cake – what’s not to love!? This delicious recipe was created by @GoodMoodFood.uk.

  • 40g rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
  • ½tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2tbsp Whitworths Chopped Dates
  • 25g pecans
  • 1 x 25g Whitworths Toffee & Pecan SHOTS
  • 1tbsp nut butter (optional)
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C Fan and lightly grease an ovenproof ramekin.
  2. In a small, add a splash of boiling water to soak the Chopped Dates.
  3. Add all the ingredients, apart from the nut butter and Whitworths Toffee & Pecan SHOTS, into a blender. Add in the dates and the water.
  4. Blitz until well blended and smooth. Pour into the ramekin. If you want a nutty centre, add the nut butter into the middle of the mixture when pouring into the ramekin.
  5. Top with the mixture with Whitworths Toffee & Pecan SHOTS and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes then dig in!
