All Day Protein Breakfast Burrito

  • 100g Two Chicks Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper, to season
  • 3-4 tbsp Whitworths Protein By Nature Mexican Grains
  • 2 tbsp Baked Beans
  • 1 Large Wholemeal Wrap
  • ½ Avocado. sliced
  • Small handful Coriander, chopped
  • 20g Light Cheddar Cheese (or Vegan Cheeze), thinly sliced
  1. Add 1 tsp butter to a frying pan. Went melted, add your two chicks egg white to the pan. Stir regularly until the egg white scrambles and is cooked throughout. Season and sprinkle over the paprika, set aside.
  2. Cook the PBN Mexican Grain to pack instructions. Heat up your beans in the microwave following pack instructions.
  3. Pre heat a frying pan or a griddle.
  4. Place your wrap on your work surface, layer your beans, rice, egg and cheese. Top with 3-4 slices of avocado. Roll up your wrap, tucking in the ends as you roll.
  5. Place your burrito, open side down onto your frying pan or griddle. Press gently and allow to cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until crisp and golden and the cheese has begun to melt.
  6. Remove from the heat, cut and enjoy.
