PRINT RECIPE
- 1 garlic, grated
- 2 tbsp vegan butter (room temperature)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 5g fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 thick slices of sourdough bread
- To serve: 1 pouch Whitworths Protein by Nature Brazilian smoky Beans
- Place a heavy bottomed frying pan over a medium heat
- While the pan is heating up, mix together the grated garlic, butter, cayenne pepper and chopped parsley in a small bowl
- Spread over your slices of bread on both sides
- Place them in the hot pan and toast for 1 – 2 minutes either side
- Cook the Whitworths Protein by Nature Brazilian smoky Beans as per back of pack instructions and spoon over the toasted garlic bread
