- 1 pouch Whitworths Protein by Nature Brazilian Smokey Beans
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil or sunflower oil
- 2 small corn tortilla wraps
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
- 80g feta cheese, crumbled
- Hot chilli sauce to serve
- 2 Lime wedges
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the tortilla and fry for 1-2 mins on each side until golden brown. Repeat with the second tortilla and transfer to a plate.
- Crack the egg into the pan and cook to your preference. Meanwhile, cook the Whitworths Protein by Nature Brazilian Smokey Beans as per back of pack instructions.
- Evenly divide the beans between the tortillas, top with an egg, half a sliced avocado, crumbled feta, chilli sauce and a lime wedge
