2 pouches Whitworths Protein by Nature Indian lentil dahl
1 cucumber, sliced length ways and de-seeded with a teaspoon
1 medium red onion, diced
2 tomatoes, deseeded and diced
Handful fresh coriander leaves, chopped
2 limes, juiced
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
3 tbsp roasted peanuts or cashews, chopped
Pinch of sea salt
¼ tsp ground coriander
2 large naan breads
Slice the cucumber lengthways and remove the seeds with a teaspoon, then cut into slices
Put the cucumber slices into a serving bowl with the onion, tomatoes, coriander, lime juice, oil and chopped roasted nuts and ground coriander with a big pinch of sea salt
Toss together and serve alongside the hot Whitworths Protein by Nature Indian lentil dahl and naan breads cooked as per back of pack instructions
