Moroccan Grains with Wilted Spiced Greens

- 2 Whitworths Protein By Nature Moroccan Grains
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 white onion, peeled and sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, grated
- 500g vegetable stock
- 400g fresh kale or savoy cabbage, stemmed and cut
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Add the oil to a large saucepan with the onion and garlic over medium heat. Fry until the onions are soft, approximately 5 minutes
- Add the vegetable Stock and bring to the boil. Add the kale or cabbage and reduce the heat to a simmer. Add the smoked paprika, sugar, some freshly cracked pepper, chilli flakes and turmeric
- Cook for 15 – 20 minutes, drain and serve alongside Whitworths Protein By Nature Moroccan Grains
