PRINT RECIPE
- 1 Whitworths protein by nature Moroccan grains
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 2 preserved lemons, diced (pick out the seeds)
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 150g frozen green peas
- 59g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 20g fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Large pinch of sea salt
- 200g drained precooked artichokes, roughly chopped
- 60g drained precooked artichokes, roughly chopped
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Mix in the garlic, preserved lemon, ground turmeric and grated ginger and fry for 1 minute until the oil is fragrant
- Stir in the green peas, tomatoes, coriander, salt and pepper and give a good stir to the content of the pan. Cover the pan and leave for 5 minutes or until the green peas are fully cooked. Mix in the artichokes and Kalamata olives
- Serve with the Whitworths protein by nature Moroccan grains, the dish can be hot or cold
