PRINT RECIPE
- 2 pouches Whitworths Protein by Nature Indian lentil dahl
- 1 cucumber, sliced length ways and de-seeded with a teaspoon
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, deseeded and diced
- Handful fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp roasted peanuts or cashews, chopped
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground coriander
- 2 large naan breads
- Slice the cucumber lengthways and remove the seeds with a teaspoon, then cut into slices
- Put the cucumber slices into a serving bowl with the onion, tomatoes, coriander, lime juice, oil and chopped roasted nuts and ground coriander with a big pinch of sea salt
- Toss together and serve alongside the hot Whitworths Protein by Nature Indian lentil dahl and naan breads cooked as per back of pack instructions
