INGREDIENTS METHOD

30g Whitworths Cashews
8 Whitworths Deglet Nour Dates
25g Whey Box Cookies and Cream Powder
100g Rolled Oats
3 “Oreo” Style Cookies
70g Agave Nectar
1 tbsp. Cashew or Almond Butter

In a food processor blitz the Whitworths cashews, 3 “Oreo” style cookies and oats to fine crumbs
Add Whey Box Cookies and Cream powder, Whitworth dates, Agave nectar and nut Butter. Pulse till combined.
Divide the mix into 10 equal size portions and roll to form a ball.
For best results leave to firm in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
