Cookies & Cream Protein Bliss Balls

  • 30g Whitworths Cashews
  • 8 Whitworths Deglet Nour Dates
  • 25g Whey Box Cookies and Cream Powder
  • 100g Rolled Oats
  • 3 “Oreo” Style Cookies
  • 70g Agave Nectar
  • 1 tbsp. Cashew or Almond Butter

Ready… Steady… Bake…

  • In a food processor blitz the Whitworths cashews, 3 “Oreo” style cookies and oats to fine crumbs
  • Add Whey Box Cookies and Cream powder, Whitworth dates, Agave nectar and nut Butter. Pulse till combined.
  • Divide the mix into 10 equal size portions and roll to form a ball.
  • For best results leave to firm in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
