Cacao Banana Smoothie Bowl
PRINT RECIPE
- 8 Whitworths Chilean Orchard Prunes
- 2 Bananas
- 200ml Coconut Milk
- 2tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2tbsp Natural Almond Butter
- 1tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 50g Ice Cubes
- 25g Whitworths Mixed Seeds with Caramel
- 25g Whitworths Chopped Date and Walnut
- Small handful of your favorite berries
- 1 Sliced banana
- Place the Whitworths Prunes, bananas, coconut milk, chia seeds, almond butter, cocoa powder and ice cubes in a liquidiser or food processor and blend until smooth
- Split into 2 bowls and allow to set in the fridge overnight
- Garnish with Whitworths Mixed Seeds with Caramel, Whitworths Chopped Dates and Walnut, sliced banana and berries
- Serving Suggestions:
For an extra chocolatey smoothie bowl why not add 30g sugar free chocolate protein powder to the smoothie base before blending and top with a sprinkling of cocoa nibs and drizzle with sugar free chocolate sauce.
