2. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered.
3. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 13 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
4. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions
5. This prize draw is open until 23.59pm 31st October 2022, however we reserve the right to cease accepting entries before this date. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
6. Whitworths reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
7. Only one entry per person. 

8. This offer is not valid for use in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, reward or loyalty scheme.
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
10. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if
circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
11. The winner will be drawn at random.
12. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Whitworths for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice, such as email marketing.
13. Prize Winners should receive their prizes within 30 days of the closing date and will be informed if there is delay.
14. Winners will be notified via email. You may also be contacted via telephone if required.
15. If the Winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Whitworths reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
16. The Winners agree to the release of their first and surnames to be used in publicity across Whitworths Social Media platforms and website.

18. These terms and conditions have been updated as necessary to respond to the exceptional circumstances caused by the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
19. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Whitworths does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Whitworths does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

21. ‘A year’s supply’ equates to 5 SHOTS per week, for a year; 260 SHOTS in total.
