Cranberry and Orange Protein Bliss Balls
- 240g Whitworths Dates
- 80g Whitworths Cranberries
- 50g Whitworths Chopped Almonds
- 25g Vanilla Whey Powder
- 100g Rolled Oats
- Zest of one and half Oranges
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Ready… Steady… Bake…
- In a food processor blend the Whitworths dates and cranberries for 2 minutes
- Add vanilla whey powder, Whitworths chopped almonds, oats, orange zest, coconut oil and cinnamon. Pulse until combined.
- Divide the mix into 12 equal size portions and roll to form a ball.
- For best results, leave to firm in the fridge for 1 hour.
