Cranberry and Orange Protein Bliss Balls

  • 240g Whitworths Dates
  • 80g Whitworths Cranberries
  • 50g Whitworths Chopped Almonds
  • 25g Vanilla Whey Powder
  • 100g Rolled Oats
  • Zest of one and half Oranges
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  1. In a food processor blend the Whitworths dates and cranberries for 2 minutes
  2. Add vanilla whey powder, Whitworths chopped almonds, oats, orange zest, coconut oil and cinnamon. Pulse until combined.
  3. Divide the mix into 12 equal size portions and roll to form a ball.
  4. For best results, leave to firm in the fridge for 1 hour.
