Cranberry and Orange Protein Bliss Balls

  • 240g Whitworths Dates
  • 80g Whitworths Cranberries
  • 50g Whitworths Chopped Almonds
  • 25g Vanilla Whey Powder
  • 100g Rolled Oats
  • Zest of one and half Oranges
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

Ready… Steady… Bake…

  • In a food processor blend the Whitworths dates and cranberries for 2 minutes
  • Add vanilla whey powder, Whitworths chopped almonds, oats, orange zest, coconut oil and cinnamon. Pulse until combined.
  • Divide the mix into 12 equal size portions and roll to form a ball.
  • For best results, leave to firm in the fridge for 1 hour.
