Supermince Chilli Using Nutty Kitchen (Mexican)

Follow this recipe to create a champion chilli that will make your guests go nuts!

MAKES 4
  • 3tbsp of oil
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 200g of Whitworths Nutty Kitchen Mexican Supermince
  • Full Seasoning Sachet (included in Nutty Kitchen pack)
  • 500ml of Water
  • 400g Tinned Tomatoes
  • 400g Drained Kidney Beans
  • Rice (optional)
  • Tacos (optional)
  • Torillas (optional)
  1. Heat 3tbsp of oil in a pan and gently fry a chopped red onion for 2 minutes.
  2. Add 200g of supermince and the full seasoning sachet, along with 500ml of water, stir well.
  3. Add a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes and 400g of drained kidney beans. Mix everything together.
  4. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until most of the water is absorbed and he supermince is softened.
  5. Serve with a side of rice or try loading into tacos!
