Banoffee Baked Protein Oats

We recommend trying these delicious SHOTS x Premier Protein baked banoffee oats for your next breakfast – they are definitely not one to be missed!

 

Protein per portion – 24g

14g of protein per serving of porridge

20g of protein per protein bar

MAKES 1
  • 40g Porridge Oats
  • 50g Greek or Dairy Free Yoghurt (We used Oat based)
  • 50ml Almond Milk
  • 1 small Egg, beaten
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Small Banana, mashed
  • Whitworths Banana Chips, to decorate
  • 1 x 25g Whitworth Toffee & Pecan SHOT
  • 1 x Premier Protein White chocolate vanilla flavour bar
  1. Preheat your oven to 200oC/180oC Fan/Gas Mark 6
  2. Place the oat, yogurt, almond milk, egg, vanilla and salt into a bowl. Mix together. Stir in the mashed banana.
  3. Pour in the Toffee & Pecan SHOT and mix.
  4. Pour into a single serve ovenproof dish and top with banana chips.
  5. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, top with your Premier Protein Vanilla bar, some fresh banana if you’d like and a drizzle of honey (you can also another SHOT if you fancy!).
