Cacao Banana Smoothie Bowl

  • 8 Whitworths Chilean Orchard Prunes
  • 2 Bananas
  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 2tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2tbsp Natural Almond Butter
  • 1tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 50g Ice Cubes
  • 25g Whitworths Mixed Seeds with Caramel
  • 25g Whitworths Chopped Date and Walnut
  • Small handful of your favorite berries
  • 1 Sliced banana

Ready… Steady… Bake…

  • Place the Whitworths Prunes, bananas, coconut milk, chia seeds, almond butter, cocoa powder and ice cubes in a liquidiser or food processor and blend until smooth
  • Split into 2 bowls and allow to set in the fridge overnight
  • Garnish with Whitworths Mixed Seeds with Caramel, Whitworths Chopped Dates and Walnut, sliced banana and berries
  • Serving Suggestions:
    For an extra chocolatey smoothie bowl why not add 30g sugar free chocolate protein powder to the smoothie base before blending and top with a sprinkling of cocoa nibs and drizzle with sugar free chocolate sauce.
