Oat and Raisin Dipped Cookies

We teamed up with Sophie Bertrand, well known for Sophie’s Healthy Kitchen, to create this easy, fun and delicious chewy oat and dipped raisin cookie recipe using a variety of nourishing Whitworths ingredients. This is both a tasty treat and a fun activity for all, we hope you enjoy!

MAKES 6
  • 1 small mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp butter (room temp)
  • 1 cup (100g) oats
  • 3/4 cup (75g) of Whitworths ground almonds
  • 100g chocolate
  • 2 snack boxes of Whitworths Sunny raisins
  • 1 pack of Whitworths Sunny dunked raisins
  • 2 packs of Whitworths Fruit Mix-Ups
  • Whitworths Desiccated coconut for sprinkling
  • 1 tbsp of Whitworths flaked almonds
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Mix the banana, egg and nutter together in a bowl then add the oats and ground almonds.
  3. Once combined, fold in the raisins. Yield 5-6 cookies and place on baking paper and bake in the oven for 15 mins until golden round the edge. Allow to cool.
  4. Melt the chocolate, and once the cookies are cool, dip each one in the chocolate and decorate with your yummy toppings.
  5. Place in the fridge for the chocolate to set and enjoy!
