How Whitworths Makes a Difference

Our dedicated Charity Committee works throughout the year to organise fundraising activities that bring colleagues together while raising valuable funds for Cando Care. Thanks to the enthusiasm and generosity of our employees, we have been able to support this fantastic organisation through a variety of initiatives, including:

• Our annual Summer Fun Day
• Bingo and Quiz nights at the local cricket club
• Annual Charity Bake Off
• Sweepstakes linked to major sporting and entertainment events
• Donations of unwanted belongings and goods

These activities not only raise money but also create opportunities for colleagues to connect, have fun and support an important local cause.

We are delighted to share that over the past year Whitworths employees have raised an incredible £2,300 for Cando Care. As we look ahead, we remain committed to supporting this amazing care centre and helping it continue its valuable work within our local community. Together, we can make a meaningful difference and ensure Cando Care can continue enriching the lives of those who benefit from its services.
