Whitworths Nutrient Power Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Whitworths Prize Draw (“the Nutrient Power Draw”) promoted by Whitworths Ltd (“the Promoter”).
1.2 By entering the Nutrient Power Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Nutrient Power Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Whitworths Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Nutrient Power Draw.
2.2 Participants must have access to the internet and a valid email address to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the Nutrient Power Draw, participants must visit the Whitworths website and click to play the Nutrient Power Draw game.
3.2 Each participant is allowed one entry per day. Multiple entries per day by the same participant will be disqualified.
3.3 The Nutrient Power Draw opens on 07/10/24 and closes on 11/10/24 (“the Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. Prizes
4.1 The available prizes for the Nutrient Power Draw are:
– A free pack of Whitworths Wondermix, either Wondermix Fight Fatigue, Wondermix Think Sharp or Wondermix Feel Strong.
– A discount coupon for Whitworths products in Tesco.
– No prize (“Try again tomorrow”).
4.2 Prizes are awarded at random and subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
4.3 Winners will be notified instantly on-screen after playing the game, and any coupon codes or instructions for claiming the free pack will be provided.
5. Claiming Prizes
5.1 Free packs of Wondermix will be delivered to winners within 28 days of the Nutrient Power Draw, subject to stock availability and delivery constraints.
5.2 Coupons will be provided in physical form and must be used before the expiration date stated on the coupon.
5.3 Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are offered.
6. General
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Nutrient Power Draw, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
6.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues, hardware, or software failures, or any other issues beyond the Promoter’s control.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Nutrient Power Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Nutrient Power Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
7. Data Protection
7.1 By entering the Nutrient Power Draw, participants agree to the collection, retention, and usage of their personal information by the Promoter in accordance with applicable data protection legislation for the purposes of administering the Nutrient Power Draw.
7.2 The Promoter will not share participants’ personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without the participant’s prior consent.

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Whitworths #DareToPair Instagram Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Whitworths #DareToPair competition promoted by Whitworths Ltd (“the Promoter”).
1.2 By entering the #DareToPair competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2.2 Participants must have access to the internet, an active Instagram account and a valid email & home address to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter this competition, participants must follow our Instagram page
3.2 Tag us in their culinary creations and add #DareToPair in the caption!
3.3 Make sure at least one Whitworths product is used, with the packaging visible in the background of the shot (multiple entries allowed).
4. Prizes
4.1 The available prize for the #DareToPair competition is:
– A brand-new, portable pizza oven – bought and provided by Whitworths.
4.2 Prizes are awarded at random. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
4.3 Winner will be notified by Whitworths via Instagram DM on the 2nd December, their name listed in the caption and winning creation featured on our Instagram feed.
