Vegan Salted Caramel Overnight Oats

  • Whitworths Salted Caramel Seeds - to garnish
  • 35g Rolled oats
  • 100ml Unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/2 Sachet No Whey Salted Caramel protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 1 Banana - half mashed, half sliced
  • Peanut butter - to garnish
  • Vegan chocolate sauce - to garnish

Ready… Steady… Bake…

  • Mix the rolled oats and oat milk together and place in the fridge in a sealed container or bowl covered with cling film overnight.
  • In the morning, when you are ready to serve the overnight oats, stir in ½ sachet of No Whey Salted Caramel Protein Powder, maple syrup and the half mashed banana.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with Whitworths Salted Caramel Seeds, banana slices and peanut butter or vegan chocolate sauce.
